Acceptance
By creating an account on AuctionHelper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don't use AuctionHelper to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or breach the terms of any marketplace you connect (eBay, Shopify, Amazon, etc.). Don't attempt to interfere with the service, scrape it in violation of these terms, or attack our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including automated registration attempts, credential stuffing, or repeated rate-limit violations.
Marketplace integrations
AuctionHelper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by eBay, Shopify, Amazon, or any other marketplace. When you connect a marketplace account, you authorize us to make API calls on your behalf; you can revoke that authorization at any time from your account page.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings sent to a marketplace will be accepted by that marketplace.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuctionHelper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
